I am a financial planner with the Main Street Financial Group in Kings Park.  I earned both my Bachelors Degree (MDS) and Masters Degree (MALS) from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.  Following college I pursued a career as a public high school history teacher for the next 7 years.  The last 5 years of teaching were spent at Hauppauge High School where I taught AP Government and Politics, Economics and World History.  In 2004 I joined the Main Street Financial Group as a Registered Representative and Investment Advisor Representative.

Being a financial planner offers me many opportunities to work with a wide array of individuals and corporations in the areas of investing, retirement planning, and insurance development.  This career has afforded the opportunity to work with clients in order to develop sensible investor behavior coupled with a prudent investment strategy that fits their comfort level.

My philosophy is that developing a trusting relationship with my clients is perhaps the most important part of my profession.  Only then can a client feel truly comfortable with their overall financial plan and reassured that they have the support that they need to manage the unforeseen changes that life may bring.
